Mailer Boxes
Standard substrate:
- When it comes to white mailers, we utilize CCNB paper (clay coated news back) as the base material. This high-quality paper ensures a pristine white appearance for your packaging needs.
- If the base material of your packaging is kraft, we use premium-grade kraft paper as the primary material. This choice ensures a sturdy and environmentally-friendly solution for your packaging requirements.
Standard corrugation:
- E-flute corrugation (single wall)
- B-flute corrugation (single wall)
Standard finishes:
- Matte varnish
- Glossy varnish


Folding Carton Boxes
Folding carton boxes are crafted using materials that strike a perfect balance between lightweight design and exceptional durability.
Standard materials:
- White: 300-350gsm Solid Bleached Sulfate (SBS) paper
- Kraft: 300-350gsm kraft paper
Standard finishes:
- Matte varnish
- Glossy varnish

Rigid Boxes
The production of rigid boxes involves two essential components. Firstly, the paperboard serves as the thick board that provides structural integrity, lending sturdiness to the rigid box. Secondly, the paper wrapping encompasses the paperboard, serving as the canvas for artwork printing.
Small rigid boxes:
- Paperboard: 600-800gsm
- Paper: 128gsm SBS paper
Large rigid boxes:
- Paperboard: 800-1500gsm
- Paper: 128-250gsm SBS paper
Standard finishes:
- Matte lamination
- Glossy lamination
