Structural Samples

Structural samples are designed to test the size and structure of your packaging to make sure it is suitable for your products. These samples are blank and unprinted, making them an ideal choice for those who want to focus on the packaging's functionality rather than the aesthetic.

What's Included

Here's what's included and excluded in a structural sample:

Note: structural samples are made with sampling machines, so these samples might be harder to fold and you may see some small creases/tears in the paper.

Process & Timeline

Typically, it takes 3-5 days to produce a structural sample and an additional 7-10 days for shipping.

Specify requirements

Select the packaging category of your choice and specify the details such as dimensions, material, and other specifications.

Place order

Submit your request for a sample order and complete the full payment to initiate the process.

Create sample (3-5 days)

The sample will be produced according to the specifications that have been mutually agreed upon.

Ship sample (7-10 days)

We will provide you with photographs of the completed sample and send the physical sample to the address you have specified.

We offer structural samples for all our packaging types.

Custom quote	Tissue paper, foam inserts.

*Note: we offer structural samples of custom box inserts, provided that you can provide us with a dieline of the insert. If you don't have a dieline for your insert, we can assist you with our structural design service to create one.

Reimbursement Policy

In case you place a production order with the same specifications as your structural sample, you can get a reimbursement of the structural sample fee. Here are the reimbursement terms for each structural sample you purchase:

Reimbursement	Criteria
50% of the sample fee	Minimum order value of EU XXX (excluding shipping) per packaging type, or volume of 500 units per packaging type.
100% of the sample fee	Minimum order value of EU XXX (excluding shipping) per packaging type, or volume of 2000 units per packaging type.

Suppose you have bought two identical structural samples; in that case, you will need to fulfill the reimbursement criteria twice to get a full reimbursement for both samples.

Revisions & Redesigns

It's important to carefully review and confirm the specifications and details of your structural sample before placing your order. Any changes in scope requested after the sample has been created may result in additional costs.
