Mailer boxes and folding carton boxes have a lower MOQ of 30 units for standard sizes and 100 units for custom sizes. Other packaging options have a higher MOQ starting from 300 units or more. Our paper-based materials contain a minimum of 50% post-consumer content, ensuring that we contribute to recycling efforts. Furthermore, we prioritize the use of soy-based ink for all our printing needs, which not only reduces environmental impact but also allows for biodegradability. As part of our dedication to reforestation, we even plant trees for every 200 boxes produced, making a positive contribution to our ecosystem. Please note that while we strive for eco-friendliness, it's important to be aware that if your packaging requires lamination, it will no longer possess the same level of environmental sustainability. Lamination involves the application of a thin plastic layer, which can hinder the recyclability and biodegradability of the packaging.
What format should I provide my artwork to you in?
Please send us your artwork in a dieline file (PDF or AI format) that can be edited in Adobe Illustrator. Please keep the dieline as a separate layer in your AI file, and be sure to follow all of these dieline design tips to ensure your artwork file is production-ready.
