Orders & production
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for our packaging products varies depending on the type of packaging. Standard sizes for mailer boxes and folding carton boxes have a MOQ of 30 units, and custom sizes have a MOQ of 100 units. Other packaging types have a higher MOQ of 300 units or more.
How do I place an order?
You can easily place your orders through our platform, which serves as a one-stop solution to receive custom quotes and manage your orders seamlessly from start to finish.
How long does production take?
Production typically takes 12-16 days, and 16-20 days for larger volume orders.
Is expedited production an option you offer?
Regrettably, we don't offer expedited production, but we do have expedited shipping options available.
Do you provide samples or digital proofs before starting production?
We provide the option to purchase either a digital print proof or a physical sample before proceeding with your production order. This ensures that you can preview and approve the final product before committing to a full production run.
Can you provide storage services for my packaging?
We offer storage services at an additional cost. If you're interested, please provide us with your details and we'll promptly get back to you with more information.
How do I get a dieline from you?
If you order from us and pay in full, you'll receive the dieline template(s) for free. Alternatively, we offer dieline templates as part of our dieline design, sampling, and structural design services for different packaging types.
Why do colors look different on screen than when printed?
The colors that appear on a screen are produced using light, while printed colors are created by blending ink. The final outcome of your print can also be influenced by various factors such as the materials used and the type of printer used. For further information, please refer to our detailed guide.

Pricing & quotations
How long are custom quotations valid for?
The quote we provide is valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issuance. You can view the expiry date of your quotes on our platform.
Do you provide wholesale pricing for bulk orders?
We absolutely provide custom quotes! Simply fill out a quote request on our platform and our team will respond promptly.
Does it cost more to print on the inside of the box?
Printing on both sides of your packaging will increase the cost by 25-50%, depending on the packaging type. To stay within budget, it's recommended to opt for unprinted boxes or printing on just one side of your packaging.
Will it cost more to print in Pantone?
Printing in Pantone colors is possible, but it may increase the price. Our standard quoted prices assume printing in CMYK. If you would like to use Pantone colors, please let us know and we will provide you with a new quote.
Does foil stamping, embossing, debossing, or spot UV cost more?
Certainly, we offer various customization options for our packaging. Please provide us with your requirements and we'll provide you with a solution.
How much do extras (embossing, foil stamping) cost?
The cost of extras on your packaging depends on their size and placement. Our standard pricing on the platform and Shop assumes a maximum area of 4" x 4" for each extra on one side of the packaging (either outside or inside, front or back). If you need something different, feel free to request a custom quote!
Payments, cancellations, refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We provide various payment options to suit your convenience, including credit card, debit card, and bank/wire transfer. However, please note that for bank transfers, you will be responsible for all bank charges incurred during the transfer, including your bank's processing fees and any international bank transfer costs. To avoid any production delays, please ensure that you make the full payment on time. Additionally, kindly send us a confirmation slip or screenshot via email once the payment has been made.
What are the payment terms?
Please be aware that production of your order will not begin until payment has been received. You can make payment at any time, but please keep in mind that the production timeline will start once we have confirmed payment.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept USD and EURO.
Can I pay for my order upon receipt of goods?
Regrettably, we cannot start production until payment has been received.
How do I file a complaint?
