Samples
Can I purchase a sample before placing an order?
We can provide unprinted structural samples to test size & structure, or pre-production samples that include full customization.
Do you provide samples or digital proofs before starting production?
You have the option to buy either a digital print proof or physical sample to review before proceeding with your production order. This way, you can ensure that the final product matches your expectations.
Structural design
How long does the structural design process take?
Our team requires approximately 7-10 business days to complete the structural design after we receive your products.
How much does structural design cost?
Our pricing for structural design services starts at EURO 99 per design for inserts and boxes. Please note that for multiple insert designs, additional charges may apply.
What's included in your structural design service?
After we complete the structural design based on your requirements, we'll send you images of the design for your review and approval. Once you confirm the design, we'll send you the dieline and a quote for your reference. If you prefer, we can also provide you with a physical sample of the structural design for an additional fee.
Do you provide revisions of the initial structural design?
We're happy to make minor revisions to your insert or box design, such as adjusting the fit, at no additional cost. However, if you require significant changes to the design, such as changing the type of insert or box or rearranging the position of your products, a new structural design service will be charged. To avoid additional costs, it's important to communicate your requirements clearly to us before we begin the structural design process.
Do I need to send you my products to create a structural design?
In order to ensure the best possible fit for your products, we require that we have your products on hand during the structural design process. This allows us to conduct thorough testing and make any necessary adjustments to create the perfect fit. Without your products, it's difficult to guarantee that the design will meet your exact requirements.
