Shipping
What shipping options do you have available?
The shipping cost will vary based on the destination country.
How long does shipping take?
The shipping time will depend on the mode of transportation. Air freight can take anywhere from 7 to 21 days, while ocean freight can take 26 to 71 days. If you need your packaging to arrive sooner, consider using a combination of air and ocean freight to split your shipment.
Do you provide expedited shipping?
Yes, we can ship via FedEx International Priority (FedEx IP), which can be as fast as 5-7 days.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship globally.
How do you determine the cost of shipping?
The shipping cost is determined by the total weight or total CBM (cubic meter) of your order, which is calculated based on the number of shipping cartons, the dimensions of each carton, and the weight per carton.
What is CBM?
CBM is an abbreviation for cubic meters, which is a measurement of volume. It's calculated by multiplying the length, width, and height of a shipment together. CBM is a crucial factor in determining the price of shipping, as it tells us how much space your shipment takes up.
What is volumetric weight?
The volumetric weight, also known as the dimensional weight, is a measure of the amount of space a shipment occupies in relation to its actual weight. The carrier will calculate the volumetric weight and the actual weight of the shipment, and use the greater of the two weights to determine the final shipping cost.
What is the difference between courier and freight shipping?
Courier shipping is typically used for small parcel shipments weighing less than 70kg and is handled by companies like FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Air freight, also known as air cargo, is a method of transporting goods by air using cargo and passenger planes and is ideal for shipments that weigh less than 150kg. Ocean freight, on the other hand, is a shipping method that uses shipping containers to transport goods by sea and is ideal for shipments that weigh over 150kg.
How will my packaging be shipped to me?
We will carefully pack your packaging in separate shipping cartons and deliver them to the address you provided.
Do you ship on pallets?
We also offer the option to ship your packaging on pallets if that's your preferred method. Please let us know if you require this service, and we'll provide you with a personalized quote. However, please note that shipping by pallet may be more costly than shipping individual cartons.
Can I arrange for my own shipping?
Certainly! As production nears completion, we will provide you with the final shipment details, such as the number of shipping cartons, dimensions per carton, and weight per carton, along with the pickup address. This information will enable you to arrange for your preferred carrier to pick up the shipment.
Do you provide blind shipping services?
Blind shipping is available upon request. If you choose this option, we will ship your order without any branding or company information on the packaging, and we can also use your preferred shipping carrier or account number if provided. Please contact us for more information on blind shipping.
Can I combine my orders for shipping?
Certainly! Consolidating orders and shipping them together is a great way to reduce shipping costs. We highly recommend it.
What is the customs clearance process for a non tax and duties inclusive shipping option?
If you opt for a shipping option that does not include taxes and duties, you will need to settle payment on these charges and clear your shipment from customs. Here's what you need to know about the process.
Customs & taxes
How much will I pay in customs?
